Ham Fritters

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 2 eggs, beaten 
  • ½ cup Oak Farms milk 
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham 
  • 1 (8-ounces) can crushed pineapple, drained 

Vegetable oil for frying 

How to

  1. In medium bowl combine flour and baking powder.  Stir in eggs; gradually stir in milk.  Stir in ham and pineapple until combined. 
  2. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet; carefully spoon in ¼ cup fritter mixture for each fritter.  Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown; turn over.  Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from skillet to paper towel lined plate; serve immediately.
