Oven Baked Eggs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • ½ cup Oak Farms half & half
  • 8 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons butter 

How to

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.   
  2. In medium bowl beat together cheese, half & half, eggs, salt and pepper.  
  3. In 10-inch high-sided oven-proof skillet melt butter on medium heat.  Pour in egg mixture.  Using a silicone spatula, gently scrap down edges and lift edges to let unset eggs flow into the bottom of the skillet.  Once the bottom is set; place skillet in oven. 
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.  Cut into wedges; serve immediately.
