JC: Oak Farms Area Manager

One thing that surprises people is that the 'dairy business' is not your typical 8-to-5 job. There’s always something happening.

For more than 25 years, JC has helped bring Oak Farms products to families across South Texas while building a career rooted in leadership, service, and growth. He began his journey with the company in 1998 as a Sales Merchandiser in McAllen and steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Sales Representative, Branch Manager, and now Area Manager. Today, JC oversees Sales and Logistics operations across the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and Coastal Bend markets, working closely with customers, supporting employees, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the region.

What I enjoy most about Oak Farms is the people, the relationships I’ve built over the years, and developing my team into the best versions of themselves.

His favorite Oak Farms memory was being promoted to Area Manager in 2022, a milestone that fulfilled a goal he set for himself when he joined the company at just 20 years old. Outside of work, JC enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring new coffee shops, and cheering on the University of Texas-RGV football team. And when it comes to favorite Oak Farms products, nothing beats a cold glass of Chocolate Milk, especially alongside a fresh piece of Valley pan dulce.
